About Microgreens
1. What are microgreens?
Microgreens are young vegetable and herb plants, also called “sprouts” harvested shortly after the first leaves develop. They are prized for their fresh flavor, vibrant colors, and concentrated nutrients, making them a delicious addition to salads, sandwiches, smoothies, soups, and gourmet dishes.
2. Are microgreens healthy?
Yes! Microgreens are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and beneficial plant compounds. They are an easy way to add fresh nutrition and flavor to everyday meals.
3. How should I store microgreens?
Store your microgreens in the refrigerator in their original container or a sealed container. For the best flavor and freshness, enjoy them within 5–10 days of purchase.
4. Do I need to wash microgreens before eating them?
Our microgreens are grown with care and handled using clean growing practices. Many customers enjoy them straight from the package, but you may gently rinse them if you prefer.
5. How do I use microgreens?
Microgreens are incredibly versatile! Sprinkle them on salads, sandwiches, tacos, soups, grain bowls, eggs, avocado toast, smoothies, pizzas, or use them as a beautiful garnish for almost any meal.
